Cause Winter Is A Badass Name
22 tracks on the Better Spins playlist this week, covering everything from Eagle Eye Cherry (not Save Tonight) to Sigala and everything in between.
- NOWË – Undefeated. Shoutout to @vodakov for recommending “one of the choicest tracks Discovery Weekly ever delivered to me. Love the chopped up vocals and energy.”
- DaBaby ft. Offset – Babysitter. I tagged this one off Vinyl Me Please’s playlist inspired by Da Brat’s Funkdafied, the first album by a female MC to go platinum.
- Mansionair – Alibi. This track makes me feel like I’m tripping with Morty after dropping off our not-so-precious cargo at Jerryboree.

- Matoma, Bryan Christopher, YehMe2 – All Around The World. Basically the exact opposite of Mansionair.
- Frederic Robinson, kordz – We’ve Been. Very jazzy, something I feel like you’d hear at a smoky piano bar.
- BUNT ft. The Dip – Sure Don’t Miss You. Love knowing that @tylerdotson90 still thinks about me in the morning even after he moves away. Miss you too, bro.

Honorable Mentions
- Carly Rae Jepsen – Now That I Found You. My girl’s come a long way from Call Me Maybe, this is a bop.
- Galantis with Dolly Parton (ft. Mr. Probz) – Faith. Not my favorite thing Galantis has ever put out but g-damn if there isn’t a better way to get Anne to listen to more electronic than putting Dolly on the mic.
- Swardy – Here On My Own. Title track off Ben’s first EP that dropped last year. Having listened to a lot of The M Machine, it was really cool to see some of that influence come through but still decidedly independent.
