I Think I’ve Found My Favorite Sound

G. Love & Special Sauce – Gimme Some Lovin’. Valentine’s Day is fast approaching, nothing like some alternative Philly blues/hip hop stylings to set the mood.
AJR – Karma. When Jack and Ryan first played this song, Adam described it as “a happy panic attack.”
RL Grime, Jeremy Zucker – Atoms (Said the Sky Remix). Welcome to the Anti Sadboi Sadboi Club.
Flux Pavilion, Nevve – Lion’s Cage. I’ll listen to just about anything with Nevve on vocals.
Robotaki – Quasar. Gotta love a song title that references an “extremely luminous active galactic nucleus.” I had no idea what that meant either before I listened to this track (still don’t, but you should spin it anyway).

Serph – Buttercup. First track I spun off Porter’s cherished music playlist featured last week. Would recommend.
Radiohead – Nude. The track that sparked Alissa Der Sarkissian to study the effects of music on emotional processing. Read on for the scoop.
Audien – Favorite Sound (ft. Echosmith). Not Sydney’s first time lending her uniquely light and airy vocals to a dance track. Echosmith collaborated w/ Zedd to record the closing track on 2015’s True Colors.
