Yeasayer Good Evening Washington, D.C. Live Album

Artists record live albums all the time, but there’s something special about stumbling across one recorded in your own backyard.

While considering options for Saturday night, I saw Yeasayer was playing 9:30 Club. I’d listened to them before but had a hard time pinning down their sound (I landed on “psychedelic indie rock”), so I wanted to give them another shot.

Turns out this wasn’t their first trip to the District, they actually recorded a live album at 9:30 back in 2013!
