ESPN & EDM: A Match Made in Heaven

Electronic music has been permeating the greater music scene for a long time, but props go out to the NBA for championing the cause. Jai Wolf got some serious love when Indian Summer was featured in Kobe’s farewell game in Chicago, but this year they really upped the ante.

Rezz’s newest track Dark Age earned top billing as the soundtrack for ESPN’s Finals promo. Given that Rezz is not even what I’d consider to be mainstream even in the world of dance music, this is awesome to see her unique style getting the spotlight.
