Logic Drops a Supermarket-inspired Playlist

Last week I wrote about Logic’s newest project, the launch of his novel and accompanying soundtrack.

Apparently a soundtrack of new original music wasn’t enough. Bobby also put out a playlist full of the influences that inspired the main character. Heavy indie representation with The Strokes, Silversun Pickups, Mogwai, Kishi Bashi, Sunbeam Sound Machine, and The Psychedelic Furs. Old school throwbacks with David Bowie, Jefferson Airplane, and George Harrison.

If that doesn’t grab you, consider that ? & The Mysterians front-man legally changed his name to ?, claims to have been born on Mars and lived among the dinosaurs, and is convinced that “voices from the future have reveled he would be performing 96 Tears in the year 10,000.”

You do you, ?.
