Tame Impala Drops The Slow Rush
Well, it’s finally here. After almost a year of dripping tracks starting with Borderline last April, Kevin Parker released Tame Impala’s fourth studio album The Slow Rush.
In what I have to expect are his own words, his updated Spotify bio gives a poignant look at the inspiration behind the record:
“The Slow Rush is Parker’s deep dive into the oceans of time, conjuring the feeling of a lifetime in a lightning bolt, of major milestones whizzing by while you’re looking at your phone, it’s a paean to creation and destruction and the unending cycle of life.”
